About Smart Light

Smart Light is a new international series of low-energy light art festivals, sponsored by city governments and commercial partners – notably Philips. Each is organised by a not-for-profit company registered in the city where each festival will be held but all are supported by a global network of artists, technicians, sponsors and supporters.
